The Project

Franklin Street, a national real estate company, was looking to redesign their marketing materials. Their current templates were over 10 years old and could no longer compete with other companies. We needed to redesign the look and function of their marketing materials so that they could remain competitive while improving the look and feel of their brand.

The Process

We decided to tackle the “Offering Memorandum” & “Broker Opinion of Value” templates first as these were the most-used documents. We worked together with another Franklin Street marketing manager to design a new “OM” that both looked and performed better. In addition to these main template changes, we also redesigned their marketing flyer, social media posts, resume book, and property videos. These new documents were finalized and then used across all 6 Franklin Street office locations.

The Results

Franklin Street now had new marketing materials that looked and functioned better than the previous version. They were able to compete much easier against other firms and clients commented on how much better the new materials were to use.
